What is Menonita Cheese?
Menonita cheese, known as Queso Menonita in Chihuahua and neighbouring states of Northern Mexico, or Queso Chihuahua in other parts of the country, is a traditional cheese made by Mennonite communities. This soft white cheese is produced from either pasteurized or raw cow's milk, using time-honoured techniques passed down through generations.
