St Tola Cranberry is a goat's cheese made by Siobhán Ní Gháirbhit and her team at Inagh Farmhouse cheese n Co Clare, on the West Atlantic coast of Ireland. The cheese is named after the local patron saint, St Tola. It is available in 1kg or 500g Log, 120g Crottin, 120g Divine Case Size: 8 cases for the logs, 12 per case for Crottin and Divine - in raw or pasteurized milk versions.
St Tola Cranberry is made in the same way as St Tola Log but with cranberries added. It has a soft light smooth creamy texture but with sour, sweet flavour and gorgeous rose colour of cranberry. It is very popular during Christmas but is produced year round as per order.
