What is Somerset Brie Cheese?
Somerset Brie is the best-selling British cheese produced in the lush green Somerset hills. The cheese made from pasteurized cow's milk and natural ingredients is suitable for vegetarians. This cylindrical-shaped cheese has a natural and edible rind which is white in colour. This creamy and mild cheese becomes softer and creamier as it ages. The cheese's aroma suggests mushrooms with a hint of grass. It is used in salads and sandwiches or paired with apples or cherries.
